I received a call from Kelly at the Hedge End branch to say there had been a cancellation for the following day which I gratefully accepted. When I arrived at the branch I was welcomed warmly and professionally and as I sat waiting (I was early) I observed the team at Hedge End working closely together with great comradery, professionalism and such a positive feel within their workplace. After a few moments I was greeted by Rubina the Audiologist whom was excellent for start to finish. I had to summarise my medical history and whilst listening intently she showed empathy and compassion. I found Rubina to be knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. If this branch is indicative of all of the Scrivens branches then congratulations to the owners and leadership team for instilling such great customer excellence. Stephen Harris

I use Scrivens for hearing aids and glasses. I went in today because my hearing aids appeared to be faulty. The audiologist fixed the problem. While there, I asked the manager, Ann, about buying varifocal glasses. She was extremely helpful, as always. I can't praise this branch enough.

I had a problem with my fairly new frames so I returned to the branch at poulton for help. They resolved the problem immediately without question. They were so helpful and their customer care is excellent.

I have foud scrivens hearing careto beery helpful and i liked hayley as my audiologist. She was thorough and helpful and i was very happy with the setvice i received.I decided to purchase a pair of private aids to wear all the time and keep my nhs aids for spare Thank you.

I would highly recommend Scrivens Hearing Care to anyone because they look after you well talk to you about your options, they have been very helpful to me for a few years with my hearing aids im very happy.

Wonderful customer service, friendly and helpful, and very accommodating of neurodiversity (I am AuDhD). Excellent deals too, great selection of frames in store. I use the Blackpool store, and was recently served by Yvonne, assisted by others, couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Many thanks to all of the team at the Blackpool store.

My 8 day journey: booked first appointment on a Friday, seen for hearing test the following Wednesday and hearing aids fitted the Friday two days later. Truly exceptional service delivered by Deborah in a professional and caring manner. Full marks.

Today I had an eye test at my local branch Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The customer care was fabulous from entering the store to leaving. Everyone was professional and pleasant. I opted to have the extra eye examination and I am pleased that I did. Jennifer the optometrist was excellent, thorough, kind and reassuring. She explained really thoroughly my results and showed me visual images of my eyes. Real personal care, I was not rushed at all. I wish I could remember all of their names to thank them. I would highly recommend them.

Always professional and attentive during consultations, friendly and helpful in the shop, which is clean and bright but a small range of frames in our local high street shop , fortunately it's only a short bus ride to the next larger store

Awful customer service . Just rang the Sheldon B26 store about my Dads hearing aids which were faulty after just a few months and have had to be sent away. They cost over £3000. He had to wait a week for the hearing specialist for an appointment and now another week for the repair and we’ve heard nothing so I rang to explain Dads been without his hearing aids for two weeks. It was Iike talking to a brick wall. ‘If we haven’t contacted you they aren’t back’. Well how unhelpful is that. We’d assumed that already , no offer to help further and was sarcastic when I mentioned that.

I have been without working hearing aids for 6 months despite your staff attempting to adjust them, and they being sent for repair and returned direct to me not working properly: even after Miss Mohamed at Wickham adjusting them, they have failed again! I am unable to understand most of BBC news bulletins and any person that I am with can hear the buzzing of the left aid as well as I can! Wickam cannot offer me any appointments and Havant only October. your staff (faultless) are poweress to help because The System cannot cope with the situation: M'AIDEZ! Joe Vick

Hi, you sent me a letter to ask me to fill in a form, which you said was to help you to improve your service. The letter supplied a unique ID number, in my case 334907. I logged onto your web site and filled in the box with my unique number 334907 and also filled in my date of birth 21/03/1946. Your web site informed me that I had got one of the details wrong! I checked your letter again and the ID number was definitely 334907. So I re-entered the required details again and once again was told that I had got one of the numbers wrong. I have to say that I was pretty certain that I had got my birthdate correct, so decided to try to contact you... But sadly real life took over and the one deaf aid that I had left, after having to send the other one back due to it stopping working, dropped down my list of priorities. How many stars would you recommend I give ( If I could get onto the form )? Kind Regards Mike Ayres Born 21st March 1946
