“Ordered bottle of aftershave for husband before Xmas arrived and was very pleased with it ,so ordered another bottle but different fragrance. Unfortunately it was out of stock so sent alternative, which was what I already had bought. Made a phone call to customer service young man was excellent and apologised for inconvenience and let me keep the item without returning. I,ll definately try to reorder item in New year and continue to use this site .”

“Extremely poor would be zero stars if possible I never received my items I paid over £80 for which wer supposed to be Christmas presents and I am yet to have a response from them regarding this... can’t get through on the number on their website and they have ignored my emails.”
