“I ordered an Osmo Wax Pomade, low hold, grey tin, you sent Osmo Elite Pomade, hold factor 5 in a pink tin. As I already have the Elite, I contacted you to ask for it to be replaced. When you replied you asked if the Elite had been opened.I said no, I already have one so no need to open yours! I had no further replies, despite emailing again to ask what you were doing about this! I'm very unhappy and will not be ordering again from Scentsational! PS The correct product is even pictured on this email, asking I review it!”
