I ordered 2 items. 1 was out of stock and I was not informed of this until I received the parcel with a handwritten note. I then had to call up to get a refund. The customer service guy was very helpful but I should have been informed and given an immediate refund without having to call up

I was happy with the speed and condition of the item sent out to me but sadly for some unknown reason they didnt put my house number or street on the address label. so ofc Hermes didn't know where to deliver it. I tried to call them on a working day but noone answered. I emailed and it took over 4 days for a reply. In the end I made Hermes deliver to my neighbour so they at least had a house number because Hermes wouldnt speak to me they only wanted to speak to the company but couldn't get hold of them either. The email I eventually received from Scentsational about this delivery issue just said they didn't know why the label was sent like that and glad i got the perfume in the end. So that's bad customer service really.

My first order arrived with two items missing although they were on the invoice with no explanation. In the meantime I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and I had a balance of £0.00. No explanation. Yet I received one item from my order. I had a very quick response to my email query, that said I would be refunded but I hadn't paid anything?? Still no explanation about my missing items. As yet I've not received a response to my second email. Disappointing first time experience. I won't be using this company again, nor recommeding them to anyone.

I placed a next day delivery with this company to which it never arrived for 6 days later, I was advised was lost and had to get resent and that 10% had been refunded to which I never received, first time of using this company and will think twice in future!!

The box it came in was damaged, bought as a gift for a birthday and looks awful. Really disappointed:(

Good service but was expecting to have the pump dispenser that was in both bottles as shown in the picture when ordered. This was the only reason I chose to order from this website as there were plenty of other site’s with the shampoo but not showing the pump dispensers and at slightly less money.

Very unhappy. I spent a lot of money of an aftershave for my partners birthday gift only for it to come with a broken box! It didn't look great and it was embaressing. Do you have an email i can contact you on?

The packagaing was awful, and the box holding the perfume arraived terribly damagd and ripped.. Really diappointed as this was bought as a gift and looks awful. This oculd have been easily avoided with slightly more care. Based on this, I'm afraid I would not buy from you again or recommend you to others.

You need to inform your customers if a product is out of stock!!! i had to make contact ... i spoke to a nice adviser called Richard over chat and he explained and apologized and arranged to have the item to be sent out to me and would send me an email but didn't get the email so i had to make contact again after a few days and he confirmed when i will receive the product and send the email.

This service could be improved by keeping their customers updated with what is happening when they don't receive their items instead of the customer having to do all the phoning around and sending emails to everyone involved to try and get the matter resolved.

The Fedex tracking code provided indicated delivery destination as Shangai ! The desination was an EU country . Tried contacting Scentsational 3 times about this and they never replied !
