Questionable item, arrived scratched and not able to give as gift as planned. No response from customer services.

As of writing, I still haven't received one of the 3 items sent for. The other 2 were in one package and they were all Christmas presents so I think it's probably not been put in the package and not lost in transit. I don't know which way to contact them either as the site is not very user friendly. Quite disappointing shopping experience and cannot recommend.

I didn’t receive my purchase from you .DHL didn’t deliver it , although they said they did. They offered to deliver it over a week after it wax due . I cancelled the order as it was a present for a friends 50th. So I was very disappointed

Hi Margaret, Unfortunatly there was a issue with your DHL delivery a refund or resend was offered and processed once DHL had deemed this as lost.

Very slow delivery. Although the contents look undamaged the packaging was trashed and the contents could easily have been removed.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive on a 3-4 day tracked service. But more to the point I orders a 100ml bottle and two 50ml bottles came instead with no explanation and no delivery note. Won’t be using them again

I received the order however it was damaged and I could hardly use it. I contacted the help line to request a replacement however I was told that the item is out of stock and that I could either return or accept a refund in 21days. Disappointing to say the least.

The notebook arrived with some marks and dents on the cover. The paper and quality don't appear to be genuine Monte Blanc notebook.

Item delivered very quickly,but was sent an alternative miss dior perfume to the one I ordered with out notification as they didn't have the one I ordered,although I was contacted by their customer service to sort it promptly
