“I never recieved my item, that I ordered well in advance for mothers day. I have emailed on a number of occasions and had no response, no refund or no item received!! I am not happy with this service at all, and would advise people to be very cautious before ordering from this site.”

“Do not recommend. I recently ordered CK One, because I almost finished mine and the one I received smels totally differen and last basically 10 minutes. I really doubt if this was original one. Super dissapointed!”

Hi Miran, I have looked into this and you placed an order on 22.12.24 at 22:06 which was after the Christmas shutdown. A Paypal case/ refund request was requested on 25.12.23 stating the item wasn't recieved. This was delivered on the 28.12.24 please see attached an invoice was sent to recover the funds. “Sent me the wrong giftset and were very unhelpful when asking for the right one to be sent. No response other than it won't arrive in time for Christmas and a returns label to send it back. Left me rushing around last minute to find the right one! Considering this was their fault I asked for the right one to be sent next day delivery and no response at all. Will not be using this company ever again!”

“Really disappointed. I ordered three items and only one arrived. I waited the 14 days suggested in there delivery and then emailed to inform them of the mistake to be asked for a photo of the box. After 14 days I had thrown away the box but asked if they could not tell from the weight of the parcel sent or their stock levels. They now refuse to reply to me and I’m out of pocket and never got items. Really bad customer service! Really disappointed!”
