“Perfume was lovely and a great price. But delivery was slow. Took 8 days. EVRI did not give us any arrival times. Just nothing! Arrived too late for Mother's Day. I had to go out and buy another.”

“You use EVRI for delivery which let you down. I placed my order for a Christmas present to my wife which didn’t arrive in time for Christmas although EVRI suggested they delivered on the Friday before Christmas. They didn’t and I was in all day.”

“The incorrect item was sent to me a week ago although u sent me labels on my phone I don't have a printer so I've had a nightmare getting them printed and trying to get to the post office between don't think it would have hurt u to send me the correct one straight away it was your error”

“First order lost, replacement order sent next day delivery. Perfume has a funny tinge to it and does not last like same perfume bought elsewhere so even tho it was cheaper because of damaged box it isn't really cheaper in the end when I need to replace it from a proper perfume store”
