“I bought an aftershave for my husband but ordered the wrong one. The customer service at Scentsational, Richard in particular, was amazing. I was refunded immediately they received the incorrect item back, and I then reordered the correct item. Coupled with the fact that they are far more competitive than any other fragrance website (and I've tried them all!) I will always now return to Scentsational. So happy I found them!”

“My order did not arrive as I had ordered and paid for next day delivery, on contacting them they managed to hold the courier and get replacements sent out that night for the next day, which was received, and they kept us in the loop, very good service”

“I was so happy to find Scentsational Perfumes online. I wore Fendi by Fendi (original in the 80's) and I loved it....my favourite perfume. When it was discontinued I was very disappointed and couldn't find anything similar. Finding my Fendi by Fendi again after all these years was a bit nostalgic!!! I paid a lot more than I did back then, but so glad to find it again. Delivery, packaging and product all 5 star. Will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend to others. Thank you Scentsational Perfumes.”
