“I was very pleased to find Scentsational as they were able to send me Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara which I have only been able to buy, in person, in the USA/Canada (they will not post it to England) for some time now. It arrived in good time and the postage was reasonable. Many thanks.”

“**REVISED: After I left my review, an employee contacted me (his name being Richard) contacted me saying he would provide me with the missing nail polish and give me a full refund which is fantastic. Thank you, Richard!** I bought the “Opera Ballerina” nail polish and two others to go with it because there was a deal on (I think it was buy 2 get 1 free), and the “Opera Ballerina” nail polish never came. The only nail polish I really wanted was the “Opera Ballerina” one and I was very excited for it as I don’t wear nail polish that often but I thought it would look nice. But instead, the “Opera Ballerina” polish was suddenly “out of stock” when it said it was in stock when I bought it and you only sent 2 polishes! Which meant I didn’t get the deal and I’m still missing a nail polish, and I haven’t been notified with an option for a refund or to choose a different polish. I’m very disappointed as this is my first time buying nail polish online anywhere and it puts me off purchasing from you ever again.”

“I ordered the gift set with the deodorant but I received the one with the shampoo I was disappointed but kept it sooner than spend time sending it back order form said with deodorant on opening the tin it had shampoo”
