“Customer service could have been a little bit more professional... They literally questioned why I hadn't included a note during address confirmation (no available field). Furthermore, they blamed me for the delay of my parcel, saying that it was due to my additional delivery instructions note when in reality, their department hadn't handed the items to DPD.”

“Would have had 5 if they had not said they had things in stock but could not supply. Gave immediate refund after I contacted them as only 1 item arrived rather than 3. Shame they did not contact me first”

“I am extremely happy with the product that I ordered. A great price and my order was straight forward and the delivery was just a few days as I expected. “Excellent! Very impressive ordering service - fast and accurate. Initially I couldn't get the Terms and Conditions window to load, and wasn't sure if I should order, BUT I went ahead and ordered. The next day the Terms and Conditions Agreement was sent to me via email. And I'm SO GLAD I ordered because the shipment was at my door within 48 hours, just as they promised! Sent from England to Wisconsin, USA in less than 48 hours, and I live in the northern most part of the state not near any large cities... WOW!”
