“The bed is great. You have a fundamental problem with your contractor firm that delivers the beds in the uk. It is impossible to call them, they are late (were late for me) and brought one guy for the job. I wasnt so dissatisfied hence the 3 stars but if you are serious about this you should either find a new contractor to work with or impose on them soem customer centricity (like letting people know of times/dates/phone numbers of delivery guys)”

“Always have a cool range of products. Have bought from them since my son was teeny. Ordered something for Christmas and website crashed and picked the standard delivery when I wanted to pick priority, as I live up north. Had some issues with cancelling/ reordering to amend this but I emailed and had such a quick reply and managed to sort shipping thankfully. Helped save my last min Christmas order and were so helpful. Customer happiness specialists indeed.”

“Ordered items that were discounted, for some reason the items got sent back to scandiborn (which took ages!). Spoke to a lovely member of customer service who was kind enough to give me free shipping for my inconvenience and I ordered said items again. 5 days passed and no dispatch email. Reached out to customer service lady again to be told that one item has been sold out, so I wouldn’t get my item. Annoyed that I had to reach out to be told this. Ordered same items off the kid collective in the end, used blue light discount and items were here two days later. I thought scandiborn were the best out there, I’m afraid I was wrong.”

“My order arrived very quickly. The clothing items I purchased are beautifully made. I only wish that you had a wider range of clothing for the older kids - please can you consider? “We have only recently discovered scandiborn toys and decided to buy the Little Dutch Pounding Bench for our one-year-old grandson. The gift arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Grandson was delighted and proceeded to hammer away at the "eggs" with gusto! The toy is beautifully finished and robust - and looks lovely.”
