“Hi I have recently purchased from your website for the first time. The website has a really good selection of stuff, however on delivery the quality of the product was not what I expected. Returns are also not free, so due to the size of the box that the products were delivered in, it has taken time to find a company that couriers a box over 65cm and has cost me nearly £10 to return these products. A bit disappointed overall.”

“I recently bought the Pirate Galleon for my grandson which he has already had a lot of fun with it alongside his Brio track. He wanted the Pirate figures that were on the box so I contacted Scandiborn and they very efficiently organised for me to order them directly from the supplier. Very pleased with the product and the customer service from Scandiborn.”
