“I purchased a BigJigs Tin Tea Set & Basket for my granddaughter in August. Unfortunately, the plastic covering on the handle had become unraveled. I informed Scandiborn immediately & Customer Services was excellent in that they sent a replacement as soon as possible This replacement was perfect. As requested I sent a photograph of the fault so they could inform their suppliers of the issue. Thank you Scandiborn for your excellent service.”

“Packaging arrived damaged, corners of box were torn and bent. Luckily the contents were fine and still wrapped on the inside. This was meant to be a gift for my goddaughters birthday, luckily the parents are understanding, but it still feels not very nice giving a damaged looking present.”

“I am very impressed with Scandiborn from their advertising through to clear ordering service and remarkably efficient communications and process of delivery. I love the toys - especially The Little Dutch because they aren’t plastic and are such beautiful colours that will enhance any bedroom. My only big concern is the toys which are mainly pale blue are advertised with boys. Surely this is an outdated idea! W”

“The Liewood basket is delivered flat-packed in a giant cardboard package. It is made of 60% recycled LDPE, 'not deemed safe for food contact in a recycled state' (FDA), although there is no warning on the Scandiborn website against using the basket for food shopping or picnicking, only a printed notice inside the basket itself. The plastic is very stiff, which makes bending the basket into shape and closing the poppers extremely difficult. I would not recommend this product and will not be buying from Scandiborn again.”

“An excellent Company to buy from. Their products for Children are wonderful. I love wooden toys as they are so much better for Children to play with. The service you receive is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scandiborn to people.”
