“My first order was confirmed as delivered however this never arrived to my home, I contacted Scandiborn straight away who sent me out a new parcel that day. I was amazed at how quick and how amazing the customer service was. I will definitely be ordering again!”

“Perfect gift for my baby granddaughter. At eight weeks old, she is already interested in it and likes having all the various features described to her. The colours are beautifully subtle and it is a great introduction to the wonders of the natural world. It will entertain her even more in the months to come when she can handle it for herself.”

“Initial contact appalling, I ordered and received confirmation of order just after Black Friday. When nothing had arrived, in December I called and was told product was out of stock but order expected before Christmas, again nothing. Upon ringing once again, having received no email at all other than the original confirmation of order, I was told no product had been delivered. I had checked your website in the meantime, the play tent I had ordered was in stock in another colour - noone had suggested that option to me so I enquired if it was available in another colour. Oh yes, revelation! I received the new colour within 24 hours of agreeing with the delightful and very helpful second lady I spoke to (sorry, can't remember her name but she had an American type accent) and she very kindly included a gorgeous gift for my 20 month old granddaughter who, otherwise, wasn't going to get a present from Grandma. So, finally, excellent service but only after the customer did ALL the chasing and made the suggestion of the product being offered in another colour.”

“The toy is lovely, and fun for children and adults alike, so it will last our toddler for many years. I was disappointed, however, that it was marketed online as a Goose Game (even on this feedback form!), but on the actual packaging it didn't contain the word Goose. I know it's a small silly thing, but it was the main reason I purchased it, due to a family in-joke”
