“Very happy with quality and choice of beautiful clothing. I needed to send jacket to my granddaughter in Australia and disappointed there wasn’t a facility to send direct - would have been happy to pay postage - sure delivery would have been quicker. However, lovely little jacket and hat.”

“Horrendous customer service. Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a returns label to be sent to me after needing to return an item after receiving a parcel too late for its intended purpose. Keep getting told its being dealt with but still no joy..”

“Product looked large in pictures but was actually very small for the price charged. Also their return procedure is difficult. I paid for shipping although I bought items well over £75 and on top I have to pay for return.”

“The item took a little longer to arrive than I thought it would. My beautiful item was wrapped carefully in lovely tissue paper with a monogrammed paper seal. Unfortunately though, it was then only packaged in a plastic bag so when I took it out of the bag, this lovely gift was crushed, crumpled and creased. Such a shame.”

“Absolutely terrible. I placed an order and your website said the item was available. I then received an email saying it wasn’t available and did I want a different crib. I said yes and asked how to pay the extra money owed and haven’t received any reply for days.”

“There is no telephone number to be able to call them and they don't respond to emails so when you have a query or a faulty item you cannot call. I also couldn't find any live chat.”

“I had to return my order, because the item didn't meet my needs. The return process was relatively easy and quick, but I was a bit dismayed that the retail doesn't offer return labels other than in case of a store credit. Hence in the future I will think twice when ordering, unless I'm very certain I will keep the item.”

“My Daddy used to call my Nanna Momma Goose, so she is now Nanna Goose to me, and she bought me this lovely goose mobile. I now have a happy nappy time instead of crying Daddy said it was very easy to assemble and Mummy likes that it is tasteful. Stanley Rood 9 weeks old”
