“Great quality products that are environmentally friendly and perfect for children”

“Still haven't received my order due to yodel. My buzzer was broken and despite asking them to call me when it arrived they reported they'd missed me 3 times. I have tried to contact the company and have been unable to speak to a single person via the phone or web chat. I now need to travel 2 hours to get to the depot without confirmation my order is actually there. Would never shop from scandiborn again if yodel is the delivery service used. Worst delivery service in the UK.”

“I wanted to return them but no obvious way to return them at all. No returns label and nothing on the website. I tried to log in to my account to try to find out how to return but my email wasn't recognised even though I have that as my contact on an email from them. So I have some shoes I can't return that are no good.”

“When my bath duck arrived. It was dirty & the seal at the bottom of the duck of inadequate. I didn’t receive much empathy when I telephoned to complain & am still waiting for a replacement”

“Our 2-year-old loves the car park - particularly the lift. It came flat-packed and had to be assembled with a screwdriver, which took about 1.5 hours as had to undo a couple of parts when originally assembled it wrong. There was also one screw hole that was missing, so had to find some tools to sort this. Very sturdy. The lift goes up smoothly but gets stuck when coming down, so you have to pull it down to the street bottom with a finger. However, my kid is not bothered by this so overall very pleased.”

“Good choice of childrens sandals and range of sizes. I bought these for my grandson who is 5. They arrived very promptly and he liked them and more importantly so did his mum. Had a bit of a problem with the sandals though as detailed below.”

“I ordered a changing wedge in the sale, and when it arrived it was totally different to the image on the website - not a wedge, but a travel changing mat. A totally different shape, and totally different to what was described on the site. Customer service was slow - and I never recieved an apology or admission of their mistake. I had to fight to get my delivery charges refunded, as well as get a free returns label (I was expected to pay for that too, even though it was their mistake!). Really disappointing because they have a great range of products but i'll be reluctant to buy from them again.”
