“Easy ordering process. Efficient delivery. Disappointed to have to pay delivery cost on order for over £50. These products are pricey. I think worth it as they’re eco friendly, wooden and beautiful. My grandson loves them.”

“We had a concern about the packaging of our sandpit on arrival. Your staff were extremely helpful and sent a replacement next day. Christina was very friendly and extremely efficient dealing with our issue. It is rare to get such a high level of customer service. Thank you. The new sandpit is now erected and being thoroughly enjoyed by our young grandchildren. Thank you.”

“Gifts I sent were good according to the recipient. Evri, the courier, were rubbish. They tried the address only once (it was a Friday before a bank holiday, and then returned the parcel to Scandiborn. No card left. After my email Scandiborn admitted that Evri only tried once. They sent the items again and they were safely received. Maybe try a different courier?”

“The company service is excellent unfortunately the item I purchased for my granddaughter was poorly made and required returning Good customer service help with returning won’t be reordering the trike once refund through due to missing the birthday date m.”
