“I purchased an educational cooker by BigJigs. Unfortunately, one part was faulty and despite several calls to Scandiborn and BigJigs, the replacement part was late in arriving due to someone at BigJigs being unaware of a postal strike. All in all, very disappointing.”

“Not really happy the box came was all damaged there was no delivery notes to state how if I wanted to send it back. over priced for what it is too! it is a gift that a family member likes or I would of sent this back. Also it was delayed in delivery and received it later than the time scales quoted which I get but for what it costs you would think you could at least of gotten it delivered on time. I will jog be purchasing for the site again. well over priced for what the products are!”

“Delivery service was excellent. I’m keeping the toy for Christmas but it looks wonderful. The wee boy doll looks suitable for a very young baby and it’s gender appropriate too. Once he is older he can mimic his parents putting o baby to bed and getting baby ready.”

“Lovely product when it finally arrived. The original item (which was a gift) didn’t arrive, this was due to an issue with DPD rather than Scandiborn however no compensation offered for postage.”

“Missed delivery due to being in hospital being tested for pre eclampsia contacted scandi born via the contact us page ont the site had nothing back had a response via Instagram who said once it’s reached then they would send back out to me but have had nothing”

“Lovely products but the delivery driver had thrown the box over my gate and the box was opened (or hadn’t been sealed properly) when I collected it. Thankfully it hadn’t been raining!”

“They sold me a cot and the unique matching mattress. They delivered just the cot and a month after they say they wont have the mattress and would refund me. The mattress is 2 times more expensive in other shops, and they dont own the issue. On top of that, they keep selling the mattress to potentially scam more people into buying the cot - that by the way is like 900£”
