“Not happy. Placed my order on the 25th August 2022, received the diditrike but I still haven’t received the helmet (15th September 2022). As I’m sure you’ll understand my baby hasn’t been able to enjoy her trike as we’re not going to let her ride it without a helmet. I bought this for my little girl’s 2nd birthday present which was on the 1st of September, so we’re disappointed in the amount of time this has taken.”

“I found Scandiborn on the internet and although the prices were slightly higher, I was impressed with the uniqueness of their products. I bought a Little Dutch baby doll Jim and I am so glad I did! Excellent service, high quality products and good delivery time. Highly recommend.”

“Everything I received looks really good quality with the exception of a Liewood Lance Baby dinner set Rose multi mix. I don't know if the items were meant to be slightly different shades of pink but it makes it look as though the cup is faded, e.g. due to being on display, vs. the bowl which is a brighter colour. The safari one I bought is great.”

“We ordered the wooden kitchen for our little girl. The items arrived very well packed, however at least 5 of the parts were damaged/ chipped. I have complained and received 20% refund, the customer service in professional and responded to my email quickly, is just a shame that some of the parts are not perfect.”

“The item I purchased was a gift and the birthday is still to come. However, the push along toy I purchased, arrived promptly, looks lovely and seems to be of high quality. My reason for only 3 stars is I found the postage to be extortionate. In this instance I went with it as this was a particular item I wanted but it would stop me buying items again.”
