“Gifts I sent were good according to the recipient. Evri, the courier, were rubbish. They tried the address only once (it was a Friday before a bank holiday, and then returned the parcel to Scandiborn. No card left. After my email Scandiborn admitted that Evri only tried once. They sent the items again and they were safely received. Maybe try a different courier?”

“The company service is excellent unfortunately the item I purchased for my granddaughter was poorly made and required returning Good customer service help with returning won’t be reordering the trike once refund through due to missing the birthday date m.”

“I ordered a lion cushion which arrived two months late after I had found an alternative and frankly forgotten about the original. I prompted Scandiborn several times and was assured my purchase would arrive imminently but it never did in the timescales they gave me. When it finally arrived I asked for a refund and expressed my dissatisfaction but the poor service on Scandiborn’s part was never acknowledged nor did I receive an apology. I was really disappointed in the service I received. I cannot comment on the product as I returned it without opening.”

“Great product and great communication but the courier service you used didn't even try to deliver the parcel to me forcing me to go and pick up the parcel from another point. They took a picture of the building from far away, saying that I wasn't home while I had never left the flat that day. Unfortunately for this reason, I will try to avoid shopping from Scandiborn in the future. I hope you have a way to complain with the courier service because it is such a shame to lose customers just for this reason.”

“One of the cover screws was defected. I’ve messaged for a replacement as it’s for a child’s 1st birthday next weekend, just hoping they get back in touch with a plan of sending a replacement.”

“This is such a lovely toy and my nephew loves it, there were some problems with delivery however this was the carrier rather than Scandiborn and I found that they handled it really well, ensuring I got the package on time”
