“Not a good experience. Delivery costs and then return costs are quite expensive. Product not clear that doesn’t come as a whole and two seperate pieces.”

“Easy ordering process. Efficient delivery. Disappointed to have to pay delivery cost on order for over £50. These products are pricey. I think worth it as they’re eco friendly, wooden and beautiful. My grandson loves them.”

“We had a concern about the packaging of our sandpit on arrival. Your staff were extremely helpful and sent a replacement next day. Christina was very friendly and extremely efficient dealing with our issue. It is rare to get such a high level of customer service. Thank you. The new sandpit is now erected and being thoroughly enjoyed by our young grandchildren. Thank you.”
