“Was expecting a high quality product due to the price and materials, however the head fell off one of the toys after only an hour or so of normal play. Would not use again.”

“False advertisement of products and poor customer service. I feel completely mis-sold and am expected to pay to return the item that’s been mis-sold! Wont ever order from here again after this which is a shame but it’s clearly a company that only cares about its profits and not it’s customers.”

“Very good service. Item was shipped much more with copy than I expected. I didn’t pay for fast shipping but received it very quickly even though I was expecting to receive in 2-3 weeks. Will definitely order more things for my daughter in the future and also as presents.”
