Looks nothing like the photograph. Different colour, poor quality etc Pretty sad that i got sucked into buying a very well photographed item, that doesnt look the same in real life. It will have to do, although money is tight.

Awful experience, most of my items weren’t in stock after ordered and then they completely forgot to send the rest of the remaining items but marked it as delivered. I wouldn’t purchase with them again.

After reviewing your order, I can see that there were items unfortunately out of stock. We informed you of this promptly and issued a refund for the unavailable items. However, due to an error, your entire order was mistakenly cancelled instead of just the out-of-stock items. Once we realized this, we acted quickly to rectify the situation. I also understand there was further delay as a PayPal claim had been opened before reaching out to us. Once the claim was resolved, we were able to dispatch your remaining items immediately which have been successfully delivered. I was having issues with Royal Mail as they delivered my order without giving me any notice. I tried to arrange redelivery which failed so I got in contact with Charlotte from your Customer Happiness Service. First class and efficient and sorted the problem out very quickly. Excellent

The product is beautiful. One hole for screw was not aligned properly so impossible to use. I will have to find a way to secure.

The products I bought were a gift and the recipients were grateful. But I really was disappointed that there is no gift option at checkout - that means you can't add a gift note, and the invoice obviously gets shipped with the products. Given the nature of your products, this seems like a huge miss, if I had known before I spent ages choosing the products I would have gone somewhere else and if that option isn't added in the future I will have to buy from somewhere that does.
