I've looked into your correspondence with our customer service team & can confirm that there was a barcoding issue in the warehouse, which led to the wrong item being sent. Unfortunately, the item you originally ordered is now out of stock. Our team offered a 15% discount should you wish to keep the item or we can arrange a free of charge return (QR code or print at home label) for a full refund. “I ordered a wooden toy for my son’s first birthday and it was delivered with a figure missing. I emailed and got a response within minutes, the problem was resolved within the hour with a complete replacement being sent out. I also don’t have to go to the trouble of sending the toy with the missing figure back, I was told I could donate it. Great customer service!”
