“Items arrived separately, considering only two items were ordered, not sure how efficient this was. Also one of boxes that the toys were in was damaged. Although the toy was fine, the quality of the box was poor, and given that this was a birthday gift, disappointing. I didn’t feel able to give the item as a gift. I would be reluctant to order from Scandiborn again as I wouldn’t feel confident about the quality of packaging.”

Hello Kathryn, Thank you so much for your feedback. Looking at your order I can see that one item was dispatched from our own warehouse, and the other came directly from our supplier, and this is the one that had troublesome packaging. Please do reach out to our customer service team who will be able to advise hello@scandiborn.com and in the meantime we will be sure to feed this back to the supplier. For the future, unless you see "Ships directly from our brand partner" on a product, it means that item comes from our own warehouse where you'll hopefully have a better experience :) I hope that helps, Laura

“I have purchased many items from Scandiborn over the past two years and each time the items have been exactly as described (very important) and have arrived well packaged and in the condition one would expect. In addition, the website has numerous items not found elsewhwere which is more exciting. Most importantly all items are safe for little ones to play with.”
