“I have made 2 purchases now, I’m very happy with the customer service provided. My latest purchase particularly, I didn’t get chance to enter details to receive a discount, after emailing explaining I was refunded the amount”

“Amazing service, my parcel arrived in good time and well packages. I did have an issue with one of my items being missed I emailed the customer service team and straight away they arranged for the missing item to be sent quickly. Couldn’t fault the service it was excellent!! Highly recommend this brand to all my family and friends.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m so impressed with the customer service I must leave one. My order was damaged by the delivery company,it got wet on its way to me. I called scandiborn because my tracking just said ‘returned to sender’ , the lady immediately had another order sent out to me which arrived the next day. I am very happy with the way it was dealt with so quickly and I will definitely shop again”

“Good value compared to other companies, website very easy to navigate and found ordering was great. Delivery was very quick and got here before i received a dispatch email! Only 4 stars as the box was quite battered and covered in tape, had no label advising it was from Scandiborn. But no complaints at all just advising! Great overall”

“Absolutely awful service. Ordered a product in January kept getting delayed and delayed. So had to cancel in the end. Ordered from a new company same product and arrived within days..”
