“Products themselves are fine but the packaging is so low quality that when it arrived it was ripped. This meant the items which were due to be Christmas and birthday gifts look almost second hand! Like i said, the items themselves were fine (just plastic plates and cups so would be hard not to be) but i think that they could be packaged better in order to avoid extra damage internally in transit”
