“the lunch bag is good, the bottle is leaking and very unpractical for school :( disappointed not worth the money:(”

Thank you for the lovely review Michael. I am glad your item arrived in good time for you. We appreciate the feedback on the boxes. Sometimes we do not have the perfect sized box for every item so they are sometimes slightly larger than needed. We strive to make sure the items are well packed inside if this is the case, to avoid damage in transit. We also make sure we do have a variety of size and shapes available in the warehouse to be able to fulfil every order, no matter the item and try our best to avoid waste. Kind regards, Meg

“A truly wonderful assortment of products, I had so much fun being spoilt for choice as to what to buy!! A great resource for new parents, aunties, uncles and grandparents; the quality of each item I ordered was exceptional :) I gifted my purchases and the reaction of the new parents was touching for me, they loved each and every item in their delivery. An added bonus for me was the discount applied to the total in my basket which meant I could buy another item justifyably ;) I am already adding to my basket for my return purchase, I know this will be my go-to website for all events, occasions and otherwise to spoil my nephew :)) x”

“We love your products. They are of high quality and never disappoint. On this occasion I had the gift shipped to a friend directly and the message card was missed from the order. Our friend had no idea who the gift was from. She eventually worked it out because we had sent a gift from your website when her other baby was born. Disappointing.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Item arrived damaged (and dangerous to a baby) and their so-called ‘no quibbles’ return process has been a nightmare, and still not resolved.”

I can see that our supplier offered to send a replacement part directly from the manufacturer, but this was declined. As such, they have now arranged a collection of the item so that you can receive a full refund. “I placed an order on Wednesday 27 August and paid for next day UK delivery. It is now 5 September and I have still not received my order despite contacting customer services and no resolution or compensation has been offered. This present was for my granddaughters first birthday, so it's very disappointing”
