I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything but I have had two emails from scandiborn to say they are liaising with the supplier.

Packaging arrived damaged, corners of box were torn and bent. Luckily the contents were fine and still wrapped on the inside. This was meant to be a gift for my goddaughters birthday, luckily the parents are understanding, but it still feels not very nice giving a damaged looking present.

Shoes ordered came but not true to size compared to other brands. A very wide fit. Sent back but had to pay over £5. Other companies this service is free.

Was expecting a high quality product due to the price and materials, however the head fell off one of the toys after only an hour or so of normal play. Would not use again.

False advertisement of products and poor customer service. I feel completely mis-sold and am expected to pay to return the item that’s been mis-sold! Wont ever order from here again after this which is a shame but it’s clearly a company that only cares about its profits and not it’s customers.

Not a good experience. Delivery costs and then return costs are quite expensive. Product not clear that doesn’t come as a whole and two seperate pieces.

Bought an expensive wooden toy that arrived late, incomplete and not well made, wheels scraping when turning. They sent the missing piece and said they would just pass on our comments to the supplier. Strange response, really, very attentive but not what you would expect when a customer reports of a fault.

Returned this item. It’s not practical for BF at all. It’s super small and gives no support around the waist of the body for breast feeding. The patterns and materials are stunning but unfortunately it’s just not very practical. If it was double its current size it would be ideal!

I have bought from Scandiborn previously and always been very happy although my last purchase for my granddaughter at Christmas fell a long way short of their usual standards. I didn’t have time to return it as it was needed for Christmas Day.

I bought toys for my dougher. the delivery was delate, and i had to sent and email to ask what happen. They told me that the toy was out of stock and gave me options. If they have a problem whit my order, the logic situation that they contact me and explain.

Although through no fault of your own, I have yet to receive your products as dpd have yet to deliver nearly two weeks late. They keep rearranging each day for the next. I’m getting concerned that it will never come. Is there anything you can do?

I think as a company the products sold are beautiful which is why i ordered from you. However you only use one courier service and unfortunately that one lied to me 4 times about my parcel. I rang you twice about this. Nothing was done other than an offer to have a refund once the goods got back to you. Over a week later ive had no contact and no refund so far. My baby has just spent 13 weeks really poorly in hospital and these were a treat for him after being discharged. If i wasnt so tired and stressed id be more bothered about it but ive got other things on plate that are more important and just ordered the products from elsewhere and received them before ive even got my refund from you.looks like ill have to ring you yet again to ask where my refund is. Not happy atall

I ordered an item on 27/10/2022, with an estimate of “normally ships within one day”, on 01/11/2022 I wrote to customer service enquiring about the shipping status - I was advised that it has been shipped directly from the supplier and that I will receive an update ASAP, no one ever got back to me. I received the item in the mail about a week later, and then the shipping advice showed up in my inbox on 16/11/2022 - well after the item had been received. The item I ordered is cute, and of good quality. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and order again, but probably will allow two weeks for shipping - so definitely will not use them for any urgent events.

Overall I was so disappointed with the quality of SB's customer service. They appear to have a fantastic range with some unique and hard-to-find items. I ordered 3 things, it was an expensive and considered order, the website stated 2 weeks for dispatch and in total the process went on for coming up 2 months. I constantly had to chase them, they didn't update me at all, I was repeatedly told dates that never panned out, with no further update, some colleagues were apologetic, but not all, I was advised there would be goodwill gift of some bowls, that never happened. It's a very long and boring story, but it certainly was more admin than expected and the money was tied up with them for unreasonably long, at one point I thought baby might arrive before the order. I see other people have had similar experiences, so just check stock of what you are ordereing. I would be reluctant to shop there again sadly! I kept considering a refund but thought that would be even tricker than receiving the order seemed to be.

Products are lovely. But the service was slow. Waiting nearly 4 weeks for a rug to arrive when it was meant to be 3-5 days, and only received an update after I chased. No offer to refund the delivery bearing in mind it was 3 weeks late or response back!

I placed an order for a mattress 2 months ago, and I'm still waiting for half of the mattress to arrive (with no indication of when it will arrive). It's a mattress in two parts, and I received the first half a month after placing the order. These delays are really unacceptable. If you don't have something in stock you should either mark it as out of stock or give an indication for how long the wait would be.
