Prints arrived eventually but it took too long and several attempts to find out when they would arrive. Prints slightly bent but frankly I could not bear to enhance to get them replaced. Not sure who is responsible for the delay but the order was place ]d with Scandiborn so they must carry the ca.

I’m finding the customer service really poor. I returned an item a fortnight ago & the return still hasnt been processed. I sent an email asking for confirmation it had been received & was informed that they have a back log & are working through in order, no timescale for a refund which i need back in a timely fashion

Not really happy the box came was all damaged there was no delivery notes to state how if I wanted to send it back. over priced for what it is too! it is a gift that a family member likes or I would of sent this back. Also it was delayed in delivery and received it later than the time scales quoted which I get but for what it costs you would think you could at least of gotten it delivered on time. I will jog be purchasing for the site again. well over priced for what the products are!

This pram was a nightmare to put together. The holes had to be red rolled and the blunted ended screws had to be replaced. They were poor quality. Pram is now very good but oh my 2 hrs putting it together and finding new screws was no joke.

Our product arrives without screws etc. Took a week for replacement to arrive. 10% off next purchase as compensation. Underwhelmed would be the best description.

Sizing not listed correctly and so item has to be returned shipping and cost of return a lot for client to cover

Hi, yes I ordered a balance bicycle for my grandsons 2nd birthday party. Sadly wrong colour of item was delivered. Pink instead of mint green. This is being dealt with by Grace, who is being very helpful.

I was really disappointed to find that there was a chip in the wood on the toy tractor that I purchased and the packaging was not in great condition.

Hello. I bought a dimkum doll for sale. I was surprised that the doll is not sew for perfection and the strap of a clothes has put in the wrong way. Both arms is not proportionally same. When I opened the box there is a note from someone who is returning the doll. Maybe because its sale.

The items we bought are lovely but the fact that you can’t get a refund on sale items (only store credits) is ridiculous and not clearly enough marked when making a purchase!!

I wanted to return them but no obvious way to return them at all. No returns label and nothing on the website. I tried to log in to my account to try to find out how to return but my email wasn't recognised even though I have that as my contact on an email from them. So I have some shoes I can't return that are no good.

Two items I had to wait months for, one they forget, assured me it was on its way, promised me a gift for my patience and then decided afterall they wouldn't sent it at all

I ordered a changing wedge in the sale, and when it arrived it was totally different to the image on the website - not a wedge, but a travel changing mat. A totally different shape, and totally different to what was described on the site. Customer service was slow - and I never recieved an apology or admission of their mistake. I had to fight to get my delivery charges refunded, as well as get a free returns label (I was expected to pay for that too, even though it was their mistake!). Really disappointing because they have a great range of products but i'll be reluctant to buy from them again.

I waited in for 8 hours - yodel was the company. The online information was no available and when I tried to Contact someone after 6 hours, I was told by the online assistant, that they could deliver up until 9pm ) when the e mail Information I received from yodel gave me a 2 hour window. This is totally unacceptable and as such it will preclude me from ordering from Scandiborn again.

The delivery was really quick and efficient but I found the returns system quite stressful. Having to to wait for a response to return is not ideal. It will make me think twice before ordering next time

I didn't get the parcel. We wrote the following email to support: PLEASE RESPOND Hi, I live in Israel. My daughter and grand son live in London. I wanted to surprise them with a beautiful gift from Scandiborn. I’ve shopped with you before and (they) always enjoyed your products. I ordered the Little Dutch Rocking Ring Stacker and the Sunnylife Float Vest - Monty the Monster online on May 24th 2022. Jumping to the bottom line- the package wasn’t delivered to my grandson. My daughter spent the past few days corresponding (quite furiously) with YODEL regarding the delivery. While YODEL representative claims “After reviewing the tracking information, I noticed that the driver has made 4 delivery attempts and the GPS places him at the correct location on all 4 occasions.”, My daughter works from home and is willing to swear there was no such attempts. Maybe the driver mistakingly tried to deliver to another flat, I don’t know. I just know my daughter is upset, my grandson didn’t get his gift, and all they were offered was going to the “local” Borehamwood Depot which is over an hour away from their St. John’s wood address. My daughter works and the baby is almost a year old. There is no way they can go there. So please help. I really want the gift items to arrive to them, but if that can’t be done- I’ll take a refund. I’m waiting for your help. Thank you in advance, Yifat Rubin

Disappointed that I had to pay for return postage on an item that was too small, especially after already paying £3.95 for delivery in the first place. The sizing of the Liewood shoes is not standard and this is not made clear. A UK 8, as depicted on your website is over a size smaller than a UK 8 at any other retailer. More so disappointing that on a subsequent order which was over £100, a delivery fee was still payable.

Product looked large in pictures but was actually very small for the price charged. Also their return procedure is difficult. I paid for shipping although I bought items well over £75 and on top I have to pay for return.

There is no telephone number to be able to call them and they don't respond to emails so when you have a query or a faulty item you cannot call. I also couldn't find any live chat.
