“I purchased 2 products and paid an additional £15.00 delivery charge. The parcel was put into the hands of DPD who sent a photo to the recipient of the parcel on grass near a doorstep, not the recipient's door. Have had no joy from DPD and apart from an automated response from Scandiborn have not been able to reach them. Only point of contact to Scandiborn is by email and only response is automated telling you they will make contact within 6 days. This does not happen, absolutely useless. There is no form or redress or method to actually speak to a member of staff. Very disappointed that my great-niece has not received her 1st birthday gift. My advice 'Do not buy from this company'”
