I I’ve this website but I was disappointed when I received this changing mat as the quality was not what I expected and it is completely overpriced.

Unfortunately I had major issues with the courier. They contacted me to deliver the item and I told them I would be away that weekend. At that time I was unable to re-arrange the delivery. They told me the delivery would have to fail first and then be rearranged (bizarre I know!). I telephoned the courier daily who then sent the item back for no reason. I rang Scandibørn every day but it took nearly 2 weeks to re-arrange the delivery. I’m glad to say I have finally received my item but I was frustrated with the delivery service. They should perhaps use different couriers and suppliers to avoid this issue.

The product I reviewed has since been removed by Scandiborn and so the review I posted is no longer valid. However, Scandiborn contacted me after my review and made a number of proposals to resolve the situation. I was very impressed with the way they handled my complaint and on that basis feel that I could buy from Scaniborn in future with confidence.

Delivery great but find the £80 pram very poorly made, wheels are wobbly and the parts don't aline very well, which in turn means the whole thing isn't very steady. Quite disappointing, when I purposely didn't go for the Moover pram over this :(

The morning after my order was made I asked to cancel the order and was told I couldn't because the order had been delivered to my neighbour. Regardless of this I still wanted to cancel the order as my rights but I was not given any instructions. The goods got returned but I still don't have a refund.

The product arrived with two small screws missing and we now have to wait “5 to 10 working days” for them. Hence no photograph! Very unimpressive.

Beanbag looked nothing like the picture on the website. Hardly any beans in it and so cheap looking. After paying £65 I was expecting much better. I returned the goods

Package arrived in a paper bag wrapped like I bought something from ebay. It didn't arrive on time but at least it was the one i bought and it was in fully working order. Non existing customer support would buy again but please guys - in today's day and age you have to better then this.

I couldn't add the discount code and was emailed to say that it would be added when I placed the order. It wasn't. Neoprene item arrived with crease in it as had been badly packaged.

I received the wrong item. I initially got a quick response when I reported this but then email communication became poor with days passing before I got a response. I had to chase several times to find out when I could expect to receive the correct item.

The moon with star mobile was very badly sown and a stars were all tangled. Very poor quality for a not small price! Very disappointed and don’t think will buy anything else from Scandiborn

I bought a wooden fire station for my son. I didn’t unpack it straight away, but when I did there were crucial pieces missing so it can’t be used.

I ordered 3 posters for my daughters nursery and only 2 came, the prints are lovely but disappointed with the service as so many people reccomended you! I wouldn’t buy from you again as you don’t get what you pay for!
