Received a child’s play tent that was grubby and scribbled writing on it’s fabric - did try contacting but got no reply . Difficult to contact and have had to keep this soiled item for my granddaughter - very dissappointing

I sent back item as it wasn’t colour I expected I was waiting on a return label and didn’t here anything since so posted it back hoping to here from ye soon on the return

I bought a pair of camel sandals size 23 and the shoe arrived broken, the closing strap was broken and as a result my baby couldn’t Wear it

I recently bought a Phoenix teepee from Scandiborn for my daughter’s birthday. It was assembled correctly but took my daughter about 2 minutes to knock it down on herself. These really need to be sold with a teepee stabiliser, as I now know that many other teepees are. They are dangerous without one. I am now having to try and source one myself. I can’t return as it’s been given to her as a present.

I have to start by saying that everything I have bought from this company has been beautiful, with prompt delivery and great customer service. I haven't left a five star review because of what seems to be ongoing problems with stock levels. There is always a ridiculous amount of items out of stock! I can understand this in the current situation but it's been a longstanding issue and it's really frustrating. It goes to show how beautiful their products are but it feels like they are not able to keep up with demand, which is a shame. I would order so much more if they actually had stock! Really hope this changes in the future.

I ordered dusty rose little cloud lamp cute (very small) and well made but it’s not dusty rose more of a dark browny pink will be returning it as it’s not suitable in my little girls room so had to pay delivery and return for nothing so disappointing.

Have used Scandiborn many times but I have waited three weeks for my latest order. I’m told it was sent to Glasgow by accident but ultimately still nothing has arrived and it’s still being held in Scotland. I need the Sunday for my daughter now and it’s not easy to just go else where at the moment. I feel like a second delivery should have been sent in it’s place by this point.

The item arrived damaged. I returned the item via Hermes as requested and asked for a replacement. I appreciate that things may not be operating as usual currently but I have not heard anything back.

My original order of a playmat took over 3 weeks to arrive (without me receiving any indication of its whereabouts). I had to email twice to enquire about it. After I had received my order, I was then delivered two additional playmats that I did not order. I emailed to enquire about them and was told that, yes, it was an error and that I would have to return them to the warehouse! This was extremely inconvenient, especially during the Coronavirus crisis with a new baby, particularly when they were delivered to me through no fault of my own.

Absolutely love this dinner set, but unfortunately both the cup and bowl have broken after being dropped! The base of the cup completely came out with jagged edges, very dangerous!

The picture and description of the powder pink rug isn’t accurate unfortunately. It looks like a pastel rose colour in the picture and the word ‘powder’ makes you think it’s a soft pink. It’s actually a very baby pink and I had to return it straight away, which has cost me £7. Not the end of the world and a lovely product, just not my taste colour wise at all so a bit frustrating. Maybe a more accurate picture of the colour would help for others in the future ☺️

Unfortunately one side of the roof of the Noah’s Arc does not fit as it is poorly lined up. It’s a real shame and my grandson was very disappointed that he could not get it to fit on.

The toys I bought are lovely but unfortunately one which had said on the website it was in the 1-2 year section arrived and box said it’s for 3+ so is now in a cupboard for a year! Rather disappointing as it was meant to be a birthday gift.
