“I love Scandiborn and often use them for items for my child or for gifts. However, we recently bought the Mamo Kidz tower and it has a black mark on the side where it looks like a mistake had been made on the design and filled in. We also bought a Little Dutch pram and love their products but was disappointed to find the side panel on the pram is worn and marked from one end to the other (and needed painting over to make it look new). Such a shame when they stock such beautiful products.”

“I had to return my order, because the item didn't meet my needs. The return process was relatively easy and quick, but I was a bit dismayed that the retail doesn't offer return labels other than in case of a store credit. Hence in the future I will think twice when ordering, unless I'm very certain I will keep the item.”

“Over a week after placing the order, the item hadn’t arrived, so I emailed Scandiborn to chase. I got a very speedy response and they sent another set with express delivery that arrived swiftly. Very good customer service. I would use this company again.”

“Lovely shoes but sizing is small. Requested size 8 as my daughter is 7.5 but seems that sizing is different to standard size and They almost seem too small already.”

“I love your products guys but I feel you are a little bit too expensive sometimes and people who are regular clients should have a discount at least for the next time they choose to buy (and not send a link to be used in the next 24 hours for 5 pounds). Apart from that, I think you are doing a great job selecting your items and sending them in a very good status.”
