“Great product the only reason not a 5 is because my purchase came in plastic packaging. I bought the adult single kapok duvet. It's well made and all natural! Fantastic, would be great to see this is larger sizes too.”

“After receiving the wrong items and a slightly delayed response from the customer service team, the Scandiborn team worked their magic and sorted everything! Not only did they replace the items that should have been delivered and sent them on an express delivery, they also asked me to donate the baby toys that were sent incorrectly to the local children’s charity.”

“Products are great. But it was disappointing to see that an item in the sale, that I actually had in my basket, became unavailable. As soon as the sale ended, and the item went back up to full price, it was straight away available to preorder. Despite being in sale it would have been nice to have been given the option to preorder at that price.”

“The quality in the main is tremendous, I do think that many of the products are somewhat overpriced. E.g. a beautiful wooden pull truck about £70 ..that’s okay but a small cloth boat with 3 small cloth animals was the same price…incidentally the boat had a wooden mast I have removed it as I think it is a hazard for a small child.”

“Delivery was quick and the toys for my granddaughter are good quality. Would have preferred the toys to have been made in UK instead of China and I would have paid more if they were made in the UK. Other than that I hope she likes them on Christmas Day”

“My little bear arrived very quickly which was great but he was in an unpadded envelope so was quite squashed. Took me a while to even out his stuffing.”
