“I love your products guys but I feel you are a little bit too expensive sometimes and people who are regular clients should have a discount at least for the next time they choose to buy (and not send a link to be used in the next 24 hours for 5 pounds). Apart from that, I think you are doing a great job selecting your items and sending them in a very good status.”

“Great product the only reason not a 5 is because my purchase came in plastic packaging. I bought the adult single kapok duvet. It's well made and all natural! Fantastic, would be great to see this is larger sizes too.”

“After receiving the wrong items and a slightly delayed response from the customer service team, the Scandiborn team worked their magic and sorted everything! Not only did they replace the items that should have been delivered and sent them on an express delivery, they also asked me to donate the baby toys that were sent incorrectly to the local children’s charity.”

“Products are great. But it was disappointing to see that an item in the sale, that I actually had in my basket, became unavailable. As soon as the sale ended, and the item went back up to full price, it was straight away available to preorder. Despite being in sale it would have been nice to have been given the option to preorder at that price.”
