“Lovely company, lovely things, but I have been trying to return an item for a few weeks now with no luck. The returns team aren’t replying to my emails, and I spoke to someone today on the phone who said they would get back to me by the end of today but I haven’t heard back. To top it off I have to pay for the return. Not feeling the love scandiborn!”
