“Would give no stars if an option!!! Never received the product have contacted scandiborn numerous times for either information on where my delivery or a refund without any reply!!!!! Disgraceful customer service!!”

“Website said order would turn up in 3-5 working days (presents needed for birthdays in 7 working days time). Gets to 8 working days and I’ve heard nothing. I call customer services and I’m told the order was dispatched the day before and one of the items was now out of stock and wouldn’t now be sent to me. I had to phone to find any of this out. Will never use again.”
