“I have contacted customer service a few times for various reasons and they have always been super responsive and accommodating. They are true to price matching and even provided assistance when some prices dropped during sales and provided refunds. I love all of their products they are very high quality and shipping is extremely fast and reliable. I buy gifts there for my nephews every year.”

“Unfortunately not a great experience. Purchased items and paid express postage (£9.99), only for the items to take 3 weeks to arrive, packaging in poor condition. Sporadic customer service, credit note for half the price offered, not received.”

“Shockingly bad customer service. Product never arrived and only after I emailed them did they inform me it wouldn’t be possible to clear customs. Now they haven’t replied to my email for over a week despite my chasing. Has been over a month since ordering. Never buying from here again.”

“Ordered a toy to arrive but have heard nothing about when it’ll be delivered. They are telling me it’ll be before Christmas but no idea when. The reason they got such a poor score was more to do with the customer service. Reviews indicated they had decent service so I expected when I called that they’d be able to help. Instead I got a snarky woman who kept repeating ‘this is on back order, so we cant tell you anything’. I dont care about what order its on. Two weeks after I order you should be able to tell me something?? Wont be using Scandiborn again. Terrible.”

“Unfortunately I placed an order on the 10th November and by the 25th it still had not arrived. No communication. I had to chase it up otherwise I don’t know when I would have received it. Contacted customer service to raise issue and was simply told it was the fault of the warehouse department and nothing that they could do. Not exactly the best customer service! Over two weeks for an order to be shipped is very poor.”

“I did have trouble with yodel couriers, but after reporting this, the matter was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. You then sent my item via parcel force, who were excellent..”

“The teddy I ordered was much smaller than I thought, it was so tiny it looks like a tree decoration. Much too expensive for what it is, considering it’s made out of cotton cloth. It’s now going to be a stocking filler, & I’ll have to buy another present for my grandson. Poor value for the money.”
