“What I fantastic company 1st time I’ve ordered from here super fast delivery and lovely customer service team there was a problem with the bike I ordered and email over and with a hour or so they had replied and sent me a replacement that day and collected the other one. “Product great quality and delivered as promised. But! It was supposed to be on sale, code didn't work, reached out to customer support on phone - no coverage (after 18 months of covid I'd expect phones to be redirected) and email was ignored. So I lost out on 20% saving.”
