“I am not very happy, I’m sure if the parcel turned up I could write my review, but it hasn’t. I have emailed and asked for it to be sent again confirming my delivery details or a refund and have had no response from the seller. Shame considering it’s a Christmas gift for my baby niece!”

“Having two very young grandchildren and loving traditional wooden toys, I ordered a few products from this company. My initial order, I mixed up, NOT the companies fault, entirely mine and I told the postman to return it (unbeknownst to me there was part of that package that I had wanted and had to re-order)...again, I must emphasise, the error was on my part. Throughout the mix up, writing back and forth to the company, re-ordering etc their admin. was absolutely first hand. The ladies I wrote to were very polite, kind and professional. When the goods came back, they are packaged well, very solid and really quite beautiful. I've got to say that I highly recommend this company for both their customer service, great packaging and really lovely products that I'm sure will be enjoyed for generations to come.”

“Ordered last Wednesday for next day delivery, still no order received and still scandiborn are unable to give me any tracking update on my parcel other than that I can already see. Emailed with a formal complaint, still received no response. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t buy from them again”

Unfortunately, once the parcel is with the courier, delays or delivery issues are beyond our immediate control. However, I can see that the last update from the courier shows that the delivery details were updated to redirect the parcel to your neighbor. Since then, there haven’t been any further updates. I can see our customer service team have responded to you and they are actively investigating this matter with our warehouse team and the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
