“Arrived quickly and communication and tracking were good. I ordered 3 items, two soft dolls which are cute and I am happy with but the interactive woodland puzzle only seems to play one sound (the frog!) bit disappointing when my granddaughter wanted to play with it on her first birthday :(”

“As an online shopping experience this was great service. From the point of ordering to delivery it was a simple and efficient process. My parcel was tracked and I was notified by email when my order would be delivered which was really helpful as it wasn’t been deliver to my home address. I was notified when it had been delivered safely. It would have been an even better experience if postage and packaging was free when spending over £50. Perhaps this could be a future consideration.”

“I love the products you sell. They are well made, durable, beautifully presented and loved by my grandchildren. “I had an issue with my delivery, but the customer service was excellent. As soon as I contacted them, they dealt with the problem straight away and kept me updated throughout the process. It's refreshing to find an online shop that takes responsibility and resolves issues so quickly. Great communication, fast response, and excellent customer care.
