“My order was very delayed with no information regarding expected delivery from Scandiborn. I needed to send an email on two separate occasions regarding updates. I have bought several orders from the company but will not be doing so again.”

Thank you for your review Sandra, I am so sorry you have experienced such a delay with your order, we have encountered a few delays with this particular supplier, and have been working hard to try and resolve this with them. I agree, we can do better in making you aware of these delays as customers when we find out, sometimes this is still a little too late. “I ordered the mint Dutch kitchen for my grandson and he loves it. I'm disappointed, though, as the middle switch doesn't click when you turn it. It arrived fixed and does not sit flush on the panel. I'm not sure how to fix it as it's difficult to access as it's behind the panel.”
