“Bought a gift for a friend's new baby - it took 12 days to arrive, in which I had to chase. Packaging was very basic, plastic covered. I'd have expected more from such a reputable brand. Overall quite disappointed & not inclined to shop here again.”

Hi Zara, Thank you for your feedback on your order. We are so sorry that your order had taken longer to arrive than usual. As explained by our customer service team the item had been out of stock with our supplier so your order was sent directly from the manufacturer - this also means it would have been packaged differently than usual aswel. I can see our customer service team also issued a full refund for the shipping fee as your order was not delivered in the time frame originally provided. “I can’t review the product at the moment as it’s a present for our Great Grandaughter’s first birthday on the 14th August and the walker hasn’t been put together yet but I can review Scandiborn. They are one of the most efficient companys I have dealt with and delivery was really quick. I could not fault the ordering and delivery process. All excellent.”

“Purchased jelly sandals for my grandchildren. They are a really good product especially as you can adjust the width with the buckle but still have an easy popper fastening. Be aware that they come up quite small and the UK sizing is actually closer to a US sizing, you need to size up in these sandals. Beautiful colours and great for outdoor adventures.”

“Fantastic item! But most importantly amazing customer service. My parcel had been sat at the sorting office for nearly two weeks and Scandiborn chased it and sent a new item within 24 hours. They also refunded postage as it didn’t arrive within the time they advertised. Brilliant company.”

“Ordered and delivered so quickly it was on par with Amazon Prime! Packaging was excellent and the item we ordered was a perfect gift for our 4 year old on her birthday! We have since ordered more items and all have also been the similar experience.”
