Ordered the MamaToyz Bold Ride On. Was missing parts, so I couldn't assemble it. Requested spare parts after 2-weeks of no replacements, i was informed that there were no more parts for the toy and I can either accept a 20% price reduction or refund.
I don't believe the excuse of not having the parts. I don't believe a reduction of 20% for a toy that is unusable without them is a just alternative.
