“The two products are lovely. However, since we are here.... they are a gift for an as-yet, unborn grandchild - due to arrive shortly. I don't want to come off your mailing list but I am already fed up with daily emails. It would be much better if you could send them once a week or even better once a fortnight or best once a month. This is a reminder you are out there, there will be other gifts but every day? really? If they continue daily, I shall probably unsubscribe...”

“I bought the serba doll's house for my granddaughter's 1st Birthday and it is perfect for her. HEe loves the family, and has such fun posting them through the window as well as putting them on the furniture. This is a present that will be played with alot and for a long time.”

“Product is great, really lovely, and customer service reply promptly and politely, but unfortunately product took nearly 8 weeks to arrive. After purchase and contacting Scandiborn I was advised Lorena Canals products take 2-3 weeks, though this isn’t advertised on the product page, but it ended up being almost 8 weeks from date of purchase.”

“I love the unique products available on scandiborn. I had a bit of an issue with a next day order placed, took longer than expected to arrive. This was down to the postal company and not scandiborn. However scandiborn were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help and rectified the problem. A very happy customer”

“Bought an expensive wooden toy that arrived late, incomplete and not well made, wheels scraping when turning. They sent the missing piece and said they would just pass on our comments to the supplier. Strange response, really, very attentive but not what you would expect when a customer reports of a fault.”
