“Absolutely fabulous service and toys for our first little baby. I had originally thought a toy I ordered was missing (it had just been shipped separately) and when I contacted I received an instant response to ensure me it had been shipped separately. Will definitely be purchasing again.”

“Absolutely brilliant service and beautiful products. I couldn't fault them. My order came quickly and was beautifully packaged. The 'Little Dutch' hairdressing set was absolutely beautiful and so well made. It made a little two yesr old very happy. Thank you. I will be shopping here again.”

“Beautiful bigjig roller bought in June for my grandsons 1st Birthday. Less than 8 weeks later the screws had come out and my daughter’s baby was had one in his mouth. My grandsons grandad screwed them back in tightly using an alun key. Although Scandiborn sent a replacement I still have had no explanation as to why screws could possibly come out of a toy sold for this age group and no explanation as to an investigation taking place which is. very very concerning. Apologies given were by third party suppliers and Scandiborn have not even had the courtesy to contact me. This incident could have caused choking and I am at a loss as to why this hasn’t been dealt with”

The Bigjigs products are stocked & despatched directly from our supplier who informed us they were investigating the matter. Again, we are so sorry that this has happened as this has never been reported before but we are happy that we could resolve this by replacing the item for you. Kind regards, Keeley
