Worst company ever. Order an item 12 days ago, paid a quite expensive standard delivery, nothing has come yet, the company doesn’t keep any responsibly, they said we are waiting for a supplier response! I just want my money back

Ordered an all in one smart looking suit. It was delivered to the wrong address. Had to chase up to find this out. Was assured it would be re-deliverd to the correct address. Then was informed they had to refund and I shoudl reorder. On re-ordering the welcome discount code had expired/been used. Emailed back to ask for another code. With no reply. Poor serivce and total waste of time.

The item was damaged on arrival and I have emailed them twice, but have yet to receive a reply. There was no delivery note and therefore unable to return the Olli Ella Doll Luggy

I have made an order and it took 2 months to reach despite it reaching very very late there were missing items that i dont know where they are! And there were some items written that were available on the website but were suddenly sold out when i placed the order for it and i was not informed that it was sold out!

Ordered an item for my little girls birthday. Kept receiving emails saying it will be delivered on a set date. Date would pass and nothing would arrive. Eventually emailed to tell me item was out of stock, which was then too late to order her another one in time for her birthday. Poor customer service

If you look on Companies House you'll see the Directors have pre-packed the company on the 3rd October and it's business (though not it's debts) have been 'phoenixed' to a new company

Avoid this shop! The worst customer service I have ever seen - clueless and unprofessional. I would never again buy from Scandiborn!

Absolutely dreadful. Not as advertised (arch with slide and cushions - description now changed but still misleading). Overpriced for what was delivered. When queried the company told me they had to see what the supplier said. No. My contract was with them but they hid behind their supplier. Trading standards have been notified. Arrived a month late missing my grandsons first birthday

Missed delivery due to being in hospital being tested for pre eclampsia contacted scandi born via the contact us page ont the site had nothing back had a response via Instagram who said once it’s reached then they would send back out to me but have had nothing

They sold me a cot and the unique matching mattress. They delivered just the cot and a month after they say they wont have the mattress and would refund me. The mattress is 2 times more expensive in other shops, and they dont own the issue. On top of that, they keep selling the mattress to potentially scam more people into buying the cot - that by the way is like 900£
