Having ordered 18mm decking and received 15mm, I was not impressed especially as this decking was for a client's exhibition stand and there was no means/time to return/replace.
Then to quote from words is the description "Please note all decking board sizes are approximate and timber decking is subject to dimensional movement."
Shouldn't be when its machine cut!
