“Hi I would like to take this opportunity to thank Donna for her help in sorting out some missing parts from an order number 000043847 , the parts that were missing was the pine infills on the base rail that goes between the spindles, I had spoken to some girls and informed them of the problem but no one got back to me, I also e mailed to the sales department but still no one replied, until I spoke to Donna, see was very understanding and sorted out the issue, see posted the parts that day and I received them the next day, so who ever reads this please send my thanks to Donna for her help it was much appreciated. best regards Paul”

“I waited a month for delivery of decking which was a gift for my cousin as his wife hadn't been well. It eventually turned up with one pack short. I have spent the last 2 weeks back and fore on email (cannot get through on phone) and I'm still waiting. Really disappointing as they have never been this bad before”

“Absolutely diabolical customer service. Given delivery date, didn’t arrive - they said it was with Tuffnells for delivery they quoted a tracking number that didn’t exist, given another delivery date window of 5 days - didn’t arrive. Contacted them yesterday and they said they were having trouble getting stock ie my worktop was not even in stock, never mind our for delivery The whole thing was a tissue of lies. I have been waiting for 5 weeks. I could have gone to Howdens or B and Q and had the bloody thing fitted by now. Appalling”

“Happy with decking looks good, however when delivered 30 spindles missing which were sent out promptly but when putting together was not given enough brackets for handrails and bolts for posts, no washers sent. Email as had to spend £30 to get extra and wanted to return lights but got no reply. Sale completed no after care”

“What went wrong? I can't get through on the phone and your website is a massive pain. Three times I have tried to order using two different cards - your "sage" payment link is a joke, it debits my card then says authentication or verification has failed. I just hate all this messing about for one fence panel. I have cash right here, I could pay you today if I was allowed to. Call me 07519222956”

“Oder placed for work tops mid March Now approaching three months no delivery . Customer service is zero phone calls and emails but no resolution of problem. Just poor us understaffed! Get them back in of furlough if your that busy .”

Hi Steve, I am sorry you not happy. We have advised we are unable to give timescales on fabrication. we have offered you a full refund if the timescales are too long for you . Your right we could furlough our staff and wait for the pandemic to end . Or we would work hard like we are doing to fulfil our customers orders and contribute towards the economy . “Don't bother sending when order for along time Ordered work tops 3 weeks ago. Due to deliver today after checking yesterday called again today at 830 to be told call back after 10am we will give you the tracking and a estimate. When I called back I was then told we haven't even sent it out still sat here we can do Monday. Asked why they can't deliver tomorrow then they agreed. I called up again to ask for AM delivery to be told its gone now nothing I can do. Will wait to see if it actually turns up as this is now costing me money for there failure. Also they dont answer emails and takes ages to get through. If I had to order again I certainly wouldn't use them.”

“Great service from Rachel at the Wigan branch- Rachel quickly sorted out exactly what I needed and processed my order quickly and efficiently. She was also very polite which is always a bonus and was patient whilst I faffed about trying to explain what I wanted. Delivery not due for 3 weeks, so can't comment on that but so far, would definitely use this company again. Thank you Rachel.”

“Arrived 4 days late but back other work that we were having done in the garden. Savoy blamed tuffnels and tuffnels blamed savoy. Savoy stated that as i was night shift tuffnels would leave in garden, tuffnels stated this wasn't conveyed to them nor was it an option. Very bad customer service”
