“Mixed bag for me, sorry. Firstly just relieved to find someone who had wood in stock, so credit to them on that front! Prices good and website clear. Was really surprised to find that deliver was over £100 but given my options went with it. Then it turned up with no notice, no email , no warning and was put on my front garden, crushing a plant. Now not a massive deal and thankfully so heavy no one stole it but seriously in this day and age! For £100 delivery I expected more than that, not happy.”

“I still haven't received my order nearly 6 weeks later! Was given an estimated "2-4 weeks for delivery," and then told it would be delivered week of 20th July. STILL nothing. Over £130 spent and I've got nothing to show for it. I have emailed the company twice and was given ridiculously unhelpful and patronising emails back. If I still don't receive anything in a couple of weeks I'll be asking for a full refund. Won't be ordering from here again. I just hope that if I do eventually receive the order, that the items are wonderful and easy to put together to make this hassle worth while. Wish I could be more positive but this was meant to be a gift for my mum's big birthday and she's now been left with nothing. Savoy Timber should really consider switching couriers because Tuffnells are an infamous delivery company and it would make the lives of customers and Savoy Timber employees so much easier if they made a switch.”

“Timber arrived on the Monday instead of the Friday which was not there fault had one piece of decking had a split which they replaced the next working day”

“1st order was great run out of decking so had to reorder same more..2nd order got lost so no email with delivery or shipping.Cant fault the lady i contacted in office she found order.it was delivered today with 5 short not happy about that.But the lady in the office said they will return with it tomorrow.”

“I was unimpressed for a few reasons (1) the first delivery driver was rude and, initially, extremely unhelpful, 2) I called a couple of times to chase a door and, despite being told that I would get a call back with this information, a call was not received, 3) One of the doors was damaged with water stains all on the door despite the packaging not being damaged, 4) The contact centre was unhelpful and, at times, patronising, 5) For the price, I was not impressed with the quality of the 7 doors ordered. I must admit that the second delivery driver was lovely and very helpful though.”

“Not very happy about my decking boards ,some of them was little bit damage and needed hide on back and the boards wasnt very stromg either ! And price was a high for getting product like that”
