“They carried all my wood around the back of my house however although they did this I was supposed to be given a 1 hour warning so I could get out of work. Thee delivery man rang me at work to say he was outside my house. Thankfully I do not work far from my house so he waited till I got home.”

“Speedy service but with one major problem. I paid for delivery, gave full details of where I wanted them to be delivered, they were delivered to my house and not the location asked for. The driver said it happens all the time. Makes me reluctant to use Savoy Timber again as I can't easily move large fence panels to the property I want them to go to myself. This is why I paid extra for delivery”

“Bought a decking 'kit'. Nothing in the delivery constitutes a 'kit'. No instructions as promised on website. I thought a kit would involve pre drilled holes or grooves etc. We received planks of wood sawn to the correct length. Go to homebase, b&q get the wood yourself much much cheaper. I thought I'd spend extra money to make my life easier.”

Dear Mohamed , thanks for taking time to leave a review . I am sorry you were not happy . We have sold thousands of kits and had may great reviews . Nowhere does it say on the listing that this is pre drilled . The instructions are on our site to view and we do normally send a set via email. Kind Regards Lisa

“Dave the delivery driver was really helpful and full of good advice for my project, Due to supply difficulties Savoy Timber upgraded my material at their cost, delivered on a bank holiday Monday. I can’t fault this company who I went with as their prices were keen.”

“What amazing service from Savoy Timber Blackpool. I rang this morning to check on delivery dates for my decking aware that the current situation has made delivery timings so challenging for everyone. As it is my birthday next week, I was desperate for the decking to arrive and be installed in time for this. After speaking to Tracy at the Blackpool branch this morning, my expectations were efficiently managed to confirm the decking would be delivered later this week. Imagine my surprise when Jake rolled up this afternoon with said decking!! Absolutely delighted with the most prompt and efficient service. Jake unloaded into our garage most helpfully and we are happy the decking can be built in time for my birthday! Absolutely thanks I am sure to Tracy for organising all of this... thank you overall Savoy Timber Blackpool...AAA*** service from you guys.”
