“How can I write a review when I haven’t received the stock yet ? Nonsense , now received an email on the day the stock was supposed to arrive after 3 weeks purchase to be informed the carrier can’t make it for a few days , £25 delivery wasted sent joiner home today ,”

Dear Mr Tierny, We are very sorry your goods did not arrive on time . Unfortunately our courier service has issues and did not forward your freight overnight . we are sorry this caused you an issue . “Ordered my timber and was expecting 1-2 weeks for delivery as stated on the online form. Delivery arrived in 2 days, excellent service and no lost time. Great value, although it would be nice if free delivery was included if you spend more than 200-250 as an example. I spnt £450 quid and paid £15 for delivery, not much I know but think most place at least offer it as some level,”

“Dave delivery driver not only delivered on a bank holiday but was really helpful in unloading and full of useful advice about my project, price was keen and quality of timber was better than I anticipated. All round a very happy customer. Highly recommend.”

“Wrong description on website 4inch is apparently 31/2 inch ??? , now I’m short told to wait another 3 weeks, then told Preston click and collect, tried for three days , still not sorted , customer service terrible”

“The women who you speak to on the phones regarding delivery etc are bloody ignorant and rude.i appreciate the situation we are in at present but I’m still a customer and don’t expect to be spoken to like a child. I will most definitely never be using you again.Good bloody riddance.”

“Great shed. Thicker timbers than most. Easy to erect with an 11 year olds help. Went together nice and square. Felt sent was nice and thick, so should last a few winters. Great communications when having to shut with the pandemic.”

“Full refund would be nice. Complete waste of time and money. Will never use again. If it wasn’t such a shambolic service for delivery etc then I would have definitely sent everything back and demanded a full refund as the products were very poor. Maybe change name to totally terrible timber!!!!!”

“No communication, terribly late overpriced delivery (1 month, £15deoivery charge as no collection available) rang and emailed to no reply Then was suddenly delivered with no communication cane home to find left outside front door. No knock could have been stolen no confirmation delivery recorded.”

“The kit was delivered on time and easy enough to cut down and figure out. The videos don't really help as it doesn't tell you what bits go where (it is simple but still) my only issues are that some of the boards came with minor splits and slight damage plus there isn't any direction as to how much gap you have calculated between each board so we ended up having to cut one down to make it work”

“Disappointed at the moment as only part of the order was delivered, waiting to hear what has happened to the rest of it. Would be 5 stars if it all had arrived or someone had found out where the rest is. I can’t have decking handrails without posts and enough spindles.”

“Went on line, Ordered a work top on the Thursday (said upto two weeks delivery, ok, no problem) arrived Saturday morning...less than 48hrs! The delivery guy was great, observed social distancing, very helpfully.”

“Always great helpful friendly service, a complete contrast to the anonymous national brands, where the staff have little or no product knowledge and the prices are higher and also a contrast to the smaller trade outlets who, unless you talk the gobbledegook of a tradesmen they really cant be doing with you. Full marks especially during this crisis, your delivery time was exceptional, your driver extremely helpful and your product spot on! So many other businesses have let me down this year but full credit to your team. Thank you.”
