“Great products at great prices. I live within a stone's throw of a well known DIY store in Maldon Essex and I had a 1.8x1.8 decking kit delivered cheaper than I could get there.”

“Excellent service from Savoy timber, but a lot to be desired from the delivery service, first delivery had no communication and was dumped outside our front door so you couldn't get out of the house, then had communication for a second delivery a day later which i can only presume was missed off the first delivery and balanced on top of the gas pipe to the house”

“Appalling service start to finish. Still to this day have not received the information we requested about decking products from Lee. Long delivery time, snotty customer service people, unhelpful/no response at all. Not recommend.”

“The decking I bought was good quality. The boards were straight. Delivery was as expected. The only slightly irritation was that when placing my order, there didn't appear to be a page where I could find out just how much the carriage charges would be, until I reached the checkout stage. These turned out to be quite high and turned the well-priced product /metre into an average one. In all fairness I guess it would be more cost effective if I had placed a larger order.”

“Ordered online expecting everything to be ready for when I went. It wasn’t and had to go to 3 different departments and help myself, so what’s the point in ordering? Email back from savoy said order ready to pickup err no!”
