I ordered an interior bifold door which is good quality and made to measure. I couldn’t find made to measure bifold doors anywhere else, so I’m very pleased with my purchase. The lead time of 6 to 8 weeks was a bit off putting but in the end it arrived after about 5 weeks which wasn’t too bad.

Absolutely dire. Still not received goods despite being told yesterday that they were out for delivery. Second time this has happened to us with this company! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Delivery was meant to be on the 8th March. Arrived two days late and that’s with numerous emails and phone calls Chasing. Eventually turned up but with no fixing kit, Had to by the screws etc from B&Q so another £20 out of pocket. Total shambles and would not recommend.

20 x 8ft x 4ft panels carried from van to the back of my garage and I didn't have to lift a finger, good price, brilliant delivery service. Now where did I put my hammer?

Ordering was easy,however the delivery was somewhat late approx.2030hrs. everything I ordered was delivered and the two men were very helpful considering the time,having been out all day.

I ordered 50 2.4 metre decking boards to make raised planters. The boards were delivered on the specified date I was given in the email. Bart and Chris asked where I wanted the boards stacking - above and beyond, this wasn’t a curb side drop and run delivery. Boards are straight and solid ie no splits or holes from where the knots drop out. I will definitely order from them again when I need to make some more planters. Thanks guys.

Very disturbing and disappointed by the overall customer service I received by savoy timber. Lack of to the point of no information given about my delivery not to be delivered. ( Stayed in all day). Phoned but non compliant on why the my product wasn't delivered, rearranged for the following week same again no delivery..No apologies or full understanding, so I had to leave my home In the south west ( Bristol) and drove up north ( blackpool & wigan) to pick up my order, to reassure myself I wasnt getting ripped off...I had to fully reasurred myself And take away the stress I was starting to have...Awful experience.

Good morning, We are so sorry and apologise for your bad experience when purchasing your goods from us. We pride ourselves on our customer experience and so when this breaks down take these rare instances very seriously. As we explained there was a delay on the products from manufacturer into our national distribution centre and for this we apologise. To be fair we did offer a number of solutions, to pallet the goods direct to you from our Blackpool store at our expense or to provide you with a full refund so you could source elsewhere, but as you were on a very tight schedule you, as you mentioned, decided to travel to store to collect. Subsequently we have of course refunded your delivery plus refunded a large portion of your order cost to make up for the inconvenience and cover your travel expenses. Even though this does not change the delay in your products we hope this goes someway to make your experience slightly better and we wish you all the best with the completion of your DIY project. Delivery was very overpriced, decking boards were extremely thin and some even chipped. On the Delivery day we didn’t hear anything from them so phoned up and they said they’re running late.. 10pm came and no phone call or nothing. The next day they came at 5pm and said sorry they didn’t come the day Before they had too much on the delivery truck but couldn’t be bothered to phone and say so we didn’t have to wait a whole day inside. Also they never phoned an hour before delivery, they literally just showed up
