“Placed an order online, and received a text message the following day to.say that all items were ready for collection. On arrival I was instructed to go to the timber collection point where I waited for 5 minutes only to be told that as it was worktop I should go to the kitchen centre instead. Waited there for 5 minutes and finally got the worktop but not the edging strip that I ordered. Waited another 5 minutes for the edging strip. Then I was told to go back to the customer shop to collect the colorfil sealant, which the shop didn't have on the shelf. Then waited a further 5 minutes to get a tube of sealant from the kitchen centre! In summary it took 30 minutes to collect an order that should have been sat there ready for collection. Then I realised that the colorfil had the solvent missing from the packet I was given! Not a good experience to be honest.”

“I just ordered a pack of samples for the Composite Decking. Wow what quality, unfortunately the one I chose was out of stock. I did phone my nearest branch Blackpool, and asked if they were expecting another delivery, apparently at this moment on a boat from China ( can't we make anything) and should be here soon. Great, he was very helpful. So now Waiting!!”

“Everything was great except delivery I was not even informed when delivery would be. They just delivered put outside and knocked door and said it was there. Never even knocked door to say they were here. So we are pensioners and we had to lug it all down side of house. Will not order online ever again as when you go to store the Savoy timber experience is so much better”

“Super easy to pick and buy a decking kit. The pieces came very quickly (within 5 working days) and were very easy to build, especially for someone who isn't very handy. Only thing I would say was a negative was that the kit didn't come with instructions and the ones on the website are not the easiest to work out but otherwise a great service and would definitely recommend and buy again”

“My wood was soaked, took ages to dry before I could use it. One of the pieces was cracked the whole length, I doubt I can use this as the structural integrity is up for question. The delivery driver wasn't very friendly and my wife was worried about telling him we weren't happy with our order.”

“The goods arrived damaged and not to specification, I did receive a credit note almost immediately but there was no correspondence between me and the seller as to how to overcome the problem.”
